A consistent yoga practice means getting on the mat more than once or twice a week - but it can be a challenge to remember what you’ve learned in class, and bring it home with you. For those times you can’t make it to the Center for an in-person class, this workshop will give you the foundation for an effective and satisfying home practice.


With a simple-to-use guide Kathleen has developed for you to take home with you, you’ll learn how to sequence your own practice - for whatever your body needs on any given day. The new year is a perfect time to begin your practice at home!

Kathleen deeply enjoys her yoga, in her practice and teaching. Yoga has brought to her daily life clarity, strength, flexibility, balance and serenity born of gratitude and appreciation. A student for more than 40 years and a teacher for more than 20, Kathleen loves to share with her students the many gifts yoga has to offer. Her instruction is clear, easy to follow, kind, and conscious of each individual.


Kathleen studied in the teacher trainings at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco and at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, eventually receiving her certification from the Yoga Room in Iyengar Yoga and Pranyama.
