Meditation is a highly effective technique for relaxing the body and clearing the mind. A vast and growing body of research shows that meditation can reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and depression, increase your awareness, and deepen your compassion for others.


In Exploring Meditation, Kelli teaches this ancient practice using many different techniques and styles, making meditation easy to understand and practice.  

 

 

You’ll learn various approaches to meditation that will help you dive deep within to bring peace, joy, mindfulness and heartfulness into your everyday life. 

 

This class is designed for beginners, as well as regular meditators who would like to deepen and expand their knowledge.
