Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic healing modality from India that uses lifestyle, food, herbs, mantra, and yoga to help individuals address their medical concerns and health issues. Literally, it is the "Science of Life" and is often referred to as the sister science of yoga. Ayurveda aims to bring balance into the body, mind and spirit through the removal of dis-ease and by remembering our own true nature.
