What is that amazing feeling after yoga class, that energy of animated joy and happiness? It's the magic of yoga, and of meditation if you meditate.
Sometimes, after years of yoga classes, you may feel a desire to let go of the usual reasons for your yoga practice. You've experienced all the familiar reasons: you've relieved aches and pains, and lifted your body's energy, health and strength levels. But now you're feeling an urge to go deeper, to uncover new and more inspiring motives for attending class.
One of the best ways to reignite the "spark" of inspiration is to look past the usual promises that yoga offers, to find the original reasons why yoga and meditation were created in the first place, more than 5,000 years ago. The result is a realignment of your reason for being in the room, with the original intended outcomes of yoga and meditation.

We’re going to learn the deeper reasons for yoga experientially, by consciously applying the new learning while in posture, so wear your yoga clothes.
This workshop is for you if:
-
You've lost the magic that yoga and meditation offer.
-
Your yoga has become a rut of repetition - a stagnant habit.
-
You faithfully attend classes, but you’re not sure what to expect from them.
-
You've had thoughts about trying mediation, but need more information.
-
You’re just plain curious.

In the workshop, you’ll discover:
-
The deeper effects yoga postures have on the emotions and mind (do we really have only one mind?)
-
The ways your life is uplifted by yoga classes.
-
The ways your life is improved by meditation.
-
The original reasons yoga and meditation were created.
-
How the combination of yoga and meditation transforms you and your life.
-
What meditation really is, and what were the many reasons it was created (it's not what you think.)
-
How your soul is affected by your deepened, sincere practice.
