Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong supports holistic self-care and is designed specifically to support women's health. This medical Qigong includes graceful, meditative movements synchronized with deep, gentle breathing, as well as shaking, cupping, self-massage, and Tibetan sound healing. With these simple yet powerful Qigong practices and movements, energy is supported in flowing through the body’s meridians and organs, while balancing your emotions and nourishing your spirit.

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong addresses female-specific health concerns, such as:
- menstrual and hormonal imbalances
- emotional ups and downs
- perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms
- stagnations in the breasts, uterus, and ovaries, including benign tumors, cysts, and fibroids

ABOUT ASHA:
Asha is a certified Chinese Medicine Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Qigong teacher. Years ago, she experienced a period of anxiety, insomnia, and lack of energy. In 2013, she discovered Qigong and she swiftly recognized the profound healing potential it possessed. While healing her body and mind, she deepened her studies in Qigong and Chinese Medicine and soon became a certified instructor and nutritionist. Presently, she dedicates herself to helping others enhance their health and well-being. One of her greatest joys lies in witnessing her Qigong students attain a serene state, even if normally they struggle with meditation and being still.
