In this fast-paced world we live in, anxiety and stress are commonplace. And yet, finding more calm can be a yoga tool away.
Through a variety of poses and sequences, you can release pent-up tension and stretch your muscles, leading to an increased sense of balance and groundedness. We’ll also explore breathing and meditation techniques to help you find a sense of choice with your thoughts, emotions and sensations.
This workshop will also offer yoga philosophical and somatic psychological perspectives to assist you in identifying your anxiety and stress, so you can choose the most effective yoga tools to find more tranquility.
Join us on the mat, and let's embark on a journey towards a calmer, more balanced, and stress-free you. This class is appropriate for all yoga experience levels, and will offer pose options in and around a chair, if desired.
